Auto-Update of PascalCoin Client

I think it's a good idea to add an "Auto-Update" feature for PascalCoin client for less advanced users.

Especially if installation on noobie computer was done by a more advanced person and advanced person isn't there anymore =D

It should be possible to disable the auto-update feature for more advanced users though. So a checkbox with "auto-update pascal coin software" should be included.
