PIP 0027 is completely ridiculous.
This would make it very hard to understand what a pascal account actually is.
Furthermore parsing an account is also completely ridicilous and will probably introduce security issues inside the parser.
An alternative solition could be to change pascal account size to 40 bits instead of 32 bit.
Or even 64 bit in far future.
A much cleaner design possible.
An alternative solution for future expension could be to reserve a certain bit, byte or include a new field in the account structure to signal account size expansion.
(Futher more pascalcoin currently seems to be only used by a couple of thousand people at best)
