Hello,

Make command points increase as more territory is captured. This will force the enemy to capture territory besides for ammo and fuel also for units.

This will also allow aggressive/better teams to get more units and kill weaker teams quicker/easier.

100 command points could be the base, everybody gets it.

Capturing additional territory would up this to 125.
